The Chiropractor at C3 practice has brought me back from a shadow of my former self! I was suffering debilitating chronic back pain. The initial consultation was conducted with sympathy and clear explanations of the cause of the problems I had. From that point in my treatment plan the chiropractor used a variety of techniques including acupuncture, manipulation and massage. She also guided me to take an active role in self-management using exercise and heat/cold therapy when appropriate. Her manner is welcoming and professional. A first class treatment. I highly recommend them.
